Bluestone Communications was subcontracted through Advanced AV Systems Integration to perform the installation of audiovisual systems in (1) divisible conference room, (2) 10-12 seat conference rooms, and (1) trial prep room.

The rooms were fitted with an audiovisual presentation system that is capable of displaying computer and video media from dedicated and portable equipment. They were also provided with a video conference and audio conference system with table-mounted microphones. The rooms were provided with front screen projection systems with connections for the presenter at connection points at the conference tables.

The room’s audio system provided a voice reinforcement and program reproduction system. The voice system included a wireless microphone for a presenter. Portable plug-in table microphones were also installed for pick-up of participant comments during conferences. The ceiling system was divided in zones for improved voice reinforcement performance. Control for all dedicated AV presentation equipment in each room was provided through the use of a portable table-mounted touch panels.
